1yellow apple

1 tspcinammon

1 Tbspstevia
or sweetener of choice

8gpotato starch
or corn starch

¼ cupwater
boiling hot
french toast part
Instructions
Step 1
first make the french toast batter by mixing egg, vanilla, cinammon, protein powder & just enough water or milk for the p powder to disolve
Step 2
let the toasts sit in the batter while we make our filling
Step 3
chop an apple & coat it in cinammon, stevia & starch evenly
Step 4
put the mixture in a sauce pan with boiling hot water untill they become soft

Step 5
once soften remove from the heat & in another pan fry ur french toast sith some butter or margarine

Step 6
put one piece of french toast on ur plate then pour some of the apple pie filling on top with some whipped cream & repeat this process
