Instructions
Step 1
Arrange the biscuits in a baking pan over the melted butter, forming a base layer.
Step 2
Place the sliced apples on top of the biscuits.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Then add either oil or melted butter to the egg mixture.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder to the egg mixture, ensuring it's well combined.
Step 5
Pour this batter over the biscuit and apple layers in the pan.
Step 6
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top, if available.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 160-180°C (320-356°F). It's advisable to place the baking pan higher in the oven to prevent the biscuits from burning, especially if the lower heating element is strong.


Step 8
If you have raisins or other dried fruits, you can also add them to the mixture.
