Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package and drain it (reserve a cup of pasta water)
Step 2
Over medium heat add the olive oil and broccoli florets to the empty pan and fry for 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is slighty browned.
Step 3
Add the garlic and sprinkle of chilli flakes to the pan. Cook until fragrant- around 30-60 seconds.
Step 4
Remove the pan off the heat and add the skyr, harissa paste, lemon juice and pepper (to taste).
