Instructions
Step 1
Chop spring onions - separate whites from greens
Step 2
Smash and chop garlic
Step 3
Mix chilli flakes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, soy bean paste, gochujang together to make the sauce
Step 4
Cook beef mince until brown
Step 5
Cook noodles
Step 6
Add garlic and whites of spring onions and cook for 2 minutes
Step 7
Turn heat down and add sauce. Cook for 2 minutes
