Instructions
Step 1
Brown onion and green pepper and mix with cooked rice and hamburger.
Step 2
Cut around core of head of cabbage, boil whole head of cabbage in hot water until leaves fall off. Remove from hot water and rim cabbage leaves.
Step 3
Place rice/hamburger mix in cabbage leaf and roll up place in casserole dish. Pour tomato soup on top and bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours.
