Instructions
Step 1
Slice and sweat down onions with salt until caramelised/sticky/golden. Low ish heat/20-25min.
Step 2
Add garlic 5min before onions are done
Step 3
Separately mix the miso with a bit of stock to form a loose paste
Step 4
Add in beans and stock to onions
Step 5
add in miso paste mixture and simmer for 5-10min
