Instructions
Step 1
Cook 1 package of pasta according to directions and drain.

Step 2
Heat a large sautee pan with 2 tbsp oil.
When hot, add chicken and cook until pieces start to brown.

Step 3
Add garlic to sautee pan. Stir with wooden spoon.

Step 4
Add mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook for 1 more minute.


Step 5
Add white wine and stir until almost all wine is evaporated.

Step 6
Add chicken broth, cream and cream cheese.
Simmer until thickened.



Step 7
Add butter, salt and pepper.



Step 8
Add pasta in bowl and mix all together.
Add grated and shredded cheese.
