Step 1
Cook pasta
Step 2
Dice chicken and pan fry

Once the pasta is done transfer the pasta and pasta water to another container.

Sauté the diced onion in the pot used for the pasta.

Once the onion starts to become translucent, add a bit of flour.
Step 6
Add the white wine and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 7
Add the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add the cream, lemon zest and juice, spinach, and spices.
Step 9
Add a bit of pasta water to help thicken sauce. Bring to a boil then let simmer.
Step 10
Stir in cheese and add chicken.
Step 11
Serve with cooked pasta and enjoy!
