Instructions
Step 1
Roughyl chop, wash and spin your lettuce. Then mix a very simple sauce with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and sugar in a small bowl.
Step 2
Heat some oil on high heat and fry off some garlic and ginger until fragrant - add your lettuce, give it a stir, adding the sauce and cook just for a few minutes total. The idea is to cook it hot and fast as you still want the lettuce to keep some crunch. Discard the ginger pieces.
Step 3
Then serve with some freshly steamed rice and get this one into your face. You’ll never chuck out unused lettuce again!
