Instructions

Step 1
Chop chicken breast and cook with olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, and smoked paprika. In a separate pan, sauté onions and bell peppers and heat your rice, add in salsa and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Once the chicken is cooked, add to bowl and mix with 1/4 cup sour cream and smoked paprika.
Step 3
Serve chicken over rice mixture, add shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheese. Top with avocado and sour cream and enjoy!
