So originally the rice was a recipe book but i can not find it, but i mean i added the chicken so it’s definitely a completely different recipe 🤣. This was honestly lovely and i was satisfied after.

¼ tspchilli powder
1 tspturmeric
1 tsppaprika
300glong grain rice
750mlvegetable stock
1 cube in hot water
0.75chicken stock pot
50gfrozen peas
300gchicken breast

Instructions
Step 1
Spray a large frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray. Add the chopped onion, chicken breast, peppers, cumin, chilli powder, turmeric and paprika. Cook untill the onion starts to slightly brown and the chicken is 80% cooked.
Step 2
Add the rice to the onions and peppers and stir to mix well. Pour in the hot stock, then add the chicken stock pot and stir. Bring to a boil then cover with a lid and cook to the time specified on your rice packet and or how you like it. Stir during cooking to prevent the rice from sticking to the pan.
Step 3
Around 4 or 5 minutes before the end of cooking stir in the peas and replace the lid, when all the water has been absorbed and the rice is cooked, Stir and serve with an optional lemon slice squeezed on top.
