Step 1
1. Fry the turkey bacon in a pan with a splash of water over medium-high heat until it is golden and crispy. Rinse the berries.

2. Whisk the egg whites with some salt and pepper, then pour them into a non-stick pan and stir regularly at a medium-high heat until they have thickened and no visible liquid egg remains.
Step 3
3. Toast the bread and serve together with the scrambled egg whites, bacon and chicken slices. Eat the raspberries on the side.
