Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (gas) or 350°F (fan).
Step 2
2. Mix the oil with the teriyaki sauce, then coat the salmon in it. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

3. Rinse the broccoli and cut it into smaller florets and the stem into thin pieces depending on your liking. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add a pinch of salt. Add the broccoli and boil for approximately 3 minutes or until it is tender.

4. Add the salmon to a lined ovenproof dish. Season with salt, pepper. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish begins to turn golden and is cooked through, but not dry.

5. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet in a pot of lightly salted water.
Step 6
6. Rinse the cabbage and slice it.
Step 7
7. Serve the salmon with the rice, broccoli and cabbage.
