Instructions

Step 1
1. Rinse the rice prior to cooking. Add to a pot of lightly salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet.

2. Rinse the vegetables. Slice the green onions and cut the bell pepper into small pieces then cut the chicken into smaller pieces.

3. Fry the chicken on all sides in a pan at a medium-high heat until it is no longer pink in the middle. Add the green onions, bell pepper and a splash of water to the pan.
Step 4
4. Whisk the eggs with some salt and pepper then pour them into a pan along with the rice and stir regularly at a medium-high heat until they have thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Season with soy sauce and salt, pepper or any other herbs or spices of your choice.
