Chickpea Tikka masala

Delicious and creamy Chickpeas Tikka Masala. Perfect with some basmati rice or naan. You can swap the chickpeas with Tofu, Paneer, cubed potatoes, broccoli, chicken, pork or fish

Ingredients
2 servings
3 tspMasala
Butter paneer
½ tspCoriander power
1 tspKashmir chilli powder
1 tspcumin powder
250mlheavy cream
2onions
medium size
2tomatoes
medium size
1green chilli
1 tspgarlic powder
1can chickpeas
2 Tbspbutter
150mlwater
Instructions
Step 1
Chop vegetables
Step 2
On medium high heat add 2 tbps butter to pan
Step 3
Add onions to pan and cook until golden
Step 4
Add 1 chilli and cook for 30 seconds
Step 5
Add spices
Coriander power½ tsp
Kashmir chilli powder1 tsp
Step 6
Cook until you see oil on the sides in red (5mins)
Step 7
Add 250 ml of heavy cream and cook for 5 minutes
Step 8
Empty the chickpeas from the can and rinse them in a sieve under water
Step 9
Add chickpeas
Step 10
Add 150 ml water and cook for 5 minutes
