Step 1
Cut the onion into thin slices. Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium

Add the onions and fry until they are translucent. Then add the sugar and let the onions caramelize, stirring occasionally.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper

Heat the oil in the pan. Add the chicken at high heat and fry it for 3-5 minutes on each site

Melt the cheese with a blowtorch or put the burger in the oven for 2 min
