Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
In a shallow dish, whisk together flour, salt, and pepper.

In another shallow dish, beat the egg.

In a third shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.

Place the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Top each chicken breast with a tablespoon of marinara sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
