Brussels Sprout Stalk Christmas Tree
7 steps
Prep:15minCook:45min
A non-traditional holiday recipe. This was a lot of fun to make and even more fun to eat! This time of year you can find whole stalks of brussels sprouts and even though it may look intimating, they are actually quite easy to make. I found mine at Trader Joe's but a lot of stores should be carrying them. The sprouts are glazed with a sweet and delicious sauce and it makes for a fun looking meal!

Optional: To make it into a "tree", you can remove a few sprouts from the bottom and then wrap with a lot of tin foil to prop the stalk up. You can then use the cranberries as decorations. Enjoy!
