Instructions
Step 1
Wash chicken and cut slits in it
Step 2
Marinade the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. Keep it marinated until you prepare other ingredients
Step 3
Cut potatoes, 1 onion, 1 green pepper and half the anaheim pepper into rondelles and lay in a pan
Step 4
Blend 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 green pepper and the rest of the anaheim pepper with the garlic, tomato paste, all the spuces and a dash of water
Step 5
Add 3/4 of the blend to the potatoes and mix well, use hands if you want.
Step 6
Using some butter, brown the marinated chicken on high heat
Step 7
Add the chicken on top of the potatoes and add the remaining 1/4 of the blend in the slits of the chicken.
Step 8
Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil on high heat
Step 9
Heat your oven to 200
Step 10
Add some butter to the pan, cover with aluminium foil and bake it for 20 minutes
Step 11
After the 20 minutes, remove the foil and turn on the broiler for 5 minutes until the chicken is browned.
