Instructions

Step 1
Pour warm water (100° to 110° F) in a bowl

Add the Yeast, Yoghurt, Salt, Oil

Mix well
Step 4
Add flour and knead until homogenous (mixer optional)

Grease a bowl with a bit of oil
Step 6
Cover with plastic wrap
Step 7
Put in 90°-100°F degree oven for one hour
Step 8
Once it rises to double or triple its size, punch it down, cover again and place it in oven for another 30 minutes
Step 9
Divide into 200 or 250 gram balls (7oz. - 8.5oz.)
Step 10
Roll into ~8x10 inch rectangles
Step 11
Evenly spread cheese mix leaving about an ½ inch at the edges
Step 12
Fold long edges over the cheese by about ½ an inch
Step 13
Pinch the short edges to make a boat shape
Step 14
Let it rise for another half hour
Step 15
Place on pizza stone for 12 minutes
Step 16
Add an egg yolk and bake another 1 to 1½ minutes
