Instructions

Step 1
Mix the dressing ingredients together and set aside.
Step 2
Add the silken tofu block to a pot of simmering water and heat for few minutes. You can also eat the tofu cold if you want a cold salad.
Step 3
Cut the tofu into large cubes. Serve over a bed of salad and rice if you want. Pour the dressing over and enjoy!
