Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
牛肉は食べやすい大きさに切る。
Step 2
Chop the Chinese cabbage roughly, cut the white onions diagonally into rings, and cut the enoki mushrooms into pieces.
白菜はざく切り、白ネギは斜め輪切り、 えのきは石づきを切ってほぐしておく。
Step 3
Parboil the konnyaku and cut it into easy-to-eat lengths.
こんにゃくは下茹でし、食べやすい長さに切る。
Step 4
Drain the tofu thoroughly with a cloth and cut it into bite-size pieces.
豆腐は布巾等でよく水気をきり、食べや すい大きさに切る。
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry ①, season with seasonings, add ② and ③ and simmer. Finally, add ④ and udon noodles, boil, break the egg and cook.
