Instructions

Step 1
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. 牛肉は食べやすい大きさに切る。

Drain the tofu thoroughly with a cloth and cut it into bite-size pieces. 豆腐は布巾等でよく水気をきり、食べや すい大きさに切る。
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry ①, season with seasonings, add ② and ③ and simmer. Finally, add ④ and udon noodles, boil, break the egg and cook. 鍋に油を熱し①を炒め、調味料で味をな じませ、②③を加え煮る。最後に④とうどんを加えて煮、玉子を割り落として火を通 す。
