Hearty rice and sausage soup
Cook sausage; remove from pan. Brown onion and garlic, then combine with sausage in pan. Add stewed tomatoes and water. Add tomato paste, beef broth and chili powder. Cook for a while. Add rice. Cook covered on low heat. Slice squash and cook in soup until tender. Serve in bowls with sour cream on top.
