Add oil to a soup pot turn to high heat, add frozen or fresh shrimp quickly brown for a minute or two then add vegetables stir for a couple minutes turn heat down to medium add herbs. Salt. & pepper and stir slowly. Add broth. Strain rice noodles and add to soup, next add kimchi, cover and simmer for a couple minutes. Optional sauces, hoisin, amino, Sriracha, fresh lime, lemon, or juice.
