3 kop gaar pampoen
250ml room
250ml suiker
250ml melk
250ml meel
2 eiers
10ml bakpoeier
Knippe sout
115ml gesmelte botter
Klits room, eiers en suiker saam.
Voeg res v die bestandele by en bak vir 1 uur teen 180 grade.
Of
750 ml gaar pampoen (3 koppies)
1 blikkie idealmelk of 150 ml melk en 150 ml room
3 eiers
15 ml bakpoeier (3 teelepels)
250 ml koekmeel (1 koppie)
250 ml suiker (1 koppie)
knippie sout
kaneelsuiker
Kook jou pampoen met n kaneelstokkie tot sag
dreineer dit en druk dit fyn
Gooi die eiers, idealmelk, meel, suiker, bakpoeier en sout in n mengbak en klits goed
Gooi die pampoen by die mengsel en roer goed deur
spuit of smeer n oonbak en gooi die slap pampoenmengsel in die oondbak
Bak vir 60 minute by 180 grade Celsius
Strooi kaneelsuiker oor (125 ml witsuiker en 10 ml fyn kaneel gemeng)
