2shallots
1 headgarlic
2bell pepper
basil
thyme
rosemary
salt
pepper
350 MLSTOCK OF CHOICE
YOUR, OR WATER
Instructions
Step 1
Quarter veggies, and place in roasting pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper. ROAST VEGGIES AND GARLIC HEAD FOR 50MINS AT 210ºC (410 F)
Step 2
Add everything to a pot with herbs minus basil and squeeze out garlic in as well.
Step 3
Simmer a few min before adding basically and blending.
Step 4
Add water or stock and continue to simmer till ready.
