Instructions

1. Roughly Dice two onions

2. Mix served tinned tomato with salt, 25 turns of black pepper and several teaspoons of oregano

3. Heat pan 3 table spoons of olive on on medium-hight heat and pan fry beef for 4-5 minutes until brown. Add salt and pepper to taste (ten cranks black pepper). If using high fat beef drain

4. Add onions to pan and cook for another 5-6 minutes

5. Add tomato sauce, mix and cook for an additional minute. Check for taste
Step 6
6. Add Philadelphia cheese and mix with beef, cook for 2 minutes. Add grated mozzarella, stir and mix. One mixed place on a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes
Step 7
Spread and wrap burrito
