Ingredients

2 TbsCooking oil

1 TbsGarlic
chopped

1 TbsGinger
chopped

3Green chili
chopped

250gChicken boneless
cut into thin stripes

2 literChicken Stock
Substitute: 2-3 stock cubes dissolved in 2 liter water

1 tspWhite pepper powder

1 tspsalt
or to taste

1 tspblack pepper powder

2 TbsVinegar
Sirka

3 TbsLemon juice

2 TbsSoy sauce

1.5 CupCabbage
shredded &

1 CupCarrots
julienne

5Baby corns
sliced
2Green herbs
Cilantro, Basil, Parsley, Coriander, chopped tos

½ TbsFresh rosemary
or Dried, chopped
0.25 CupGreen onion leaves
chopped

5 TbsCornflour
or as required

0.5 CupWater
or as required

2Eggs
whisked

Black pepper
crushed, to taste
Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, add cooking oil, garlic, ginger & mix well.
Step 2
Add green chillies & mix well.
Step 3
Add chicken and mix well until it changes color.
Step 4
Add stock & mix well.
Step 5
Add white pepper powder, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, mix well & bring it to boil.
Step 6
Add cabbage, carrots, baby corns, green herbs, fresh rosemary,mix well & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
Step 7
Add green onion leaves and mix well.
Step 8
In cornflour, add water and whisk well.
Step 9
Now add dissolved conrflour, mix well and cook on medium low flame until desired consistency (approx. 2 minutes).
Step 10
Add whisked eggs, stir gently & cook for a minute.
Step 11
Sprinkle black pepper crushed, green onion leaves & serve!
