Pepper Lunch Beef Rice
Pepper Lunch Beef Rice - Comes together in 15 minutes. The rice is slightly crispy with a peppery, savory sweet sauce. This dish is going to be on repeat in your kitchen! You can find shabu shabu style thinly sliced beef at Asian grocery stores or Costco. I prefer thinly sliced ribeye but NY works just fine.

Step 1
Make sauce. In a hot skillet, melt butter then add bowl of rice in the center. Add onions and beef then top the rice with 1 tbsp of butter, corn, green onions then pour the sauce over the rice and beef then add more black pepper. Cook beef for 1-2 minutes then toss everything together. Cook for another 1-2 minutes then top with green onions.
