Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, gluten-free flour, eggs, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

5. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

6. Arrange the meatballs on the prepared rack.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.

8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Add them to the crockpot and pour BBQ sauce over them. put crockpot on warm
