1.5boneless chicken thighs

½ teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoononion powder
½ teaspoonpaprika

2 tablespoonsolive oil
2 tablespoonsbutter
1shallot

3cloves garlic
1 cupchicken broth
2 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
½ teaspoonItalian seasoning
1 shakered pepper flakes
⅔ cupheavy cream
Instructions
Step 1
Mix garlic, onion, paprika, salt and pepper. Pat chicken dry and sprinkle with the seasoning
Step 2
Heat a cast iron skillet with the olive oil
Step 3
Place chicken in skillet and cook 8-10 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Add the butter, shallots and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 5
Stir in broth, lemon juice and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Step 6
Place chicken back in the skillet.
