9 CupsHawaiian Sweet Bread Rolls

3eggs

3 cupseggnog

¼ cupbrown sugar

1 teaspoonnutmeg

1 teaspoonvanilla bean paste

¼ teaspoonsalt

1 cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
1. Line a slow cooker with a coat liner and cooking spray. Place bread cubes in prepared cooker.

Step 2
2. In a large bowl, combine next six ingredients (eggs, eggnog, brown sugar, nutmeg, vanilla bean paste and salt) and pour over bread cubes. Lightly press down bread to moisten. Cover and chill for 4 -24 hours.

Step 3
3. Cover and Cook on low 3 hours or until a knife comes out clean. Let stand, covered for 30 minutes. Serve with maple syrup
