Instructions

Step 1
Season and cut the tenderloin in half.
Step 2
Air fry at 400 for 15 minutes, flip, then 15 minutes more.
Step 3
While the tenderloin is cooking, make the sauce. Combine the butter, italian seasoning, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, and chicken broth to a skillet and simmer to thicken.
Step 4
Let the meat rest, then slice and sit in the sauce.
