Italian chicken and sausage stew

Healthy low calorie recipe found in a cookbook. Serving size is 2 cups. It's really filling! Topped with a tiny bit of shredded parmesean cheese. I found Never Any fully cooked Italian style chicken sausage at aldis, its what I used.

Step 1
1. Spray large soup pot with olive oil spray and sautee the chicken on medium high until cooked through. Remove and set aside
2. Spray again and add all the veggies besides the green beans. Cook about 10 minutes. 3. Add tomatoes, green beans, sausage and chicken and seasonings to the pot. Bring to boil and then reduce heat and cover.
4. Simmer 30 minutes One serving size is about 2 cups
