Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients: bring whole potatoes, carrot and beetroots to the water and set to the heat until done (beetroots will take longer).
Step 2
While the veggies are boiling, dice the herring and onion and mix them.
Step 3
When the veggies are done, peel them and grate in separate bowls.
Step 4
Assemble the salad by layers into the form with high walls or even a food container.
