Step 1
Wash and drain brown lentils then add to a bowl . Pour a little water over high fiber seed bread and let it sit 2 minutes then squeeze out the liquid and add it to the lentils

Add chopped shallot green chili with seeds in for extra spice 2 of the garlic cloves ginger 4 tbsp of the mint flour salt and pepper then squeeze the mixture together with your hands until fully combined . Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes

Step 3
Once chilled make meatballs then fry in a pan on medium high heat until golden then flip and fry another two minutes on the other side
Step 4
Add yogurt the remaining clove of garlic the remainder of the mint a drizzle of olive oil salt and pepper to a bowl then stir and get dunking those meat free meatballs . Enjoy !
