Step 1
Boil eggs for about 6 minutes for soft boiled eggs. Wait until the water comes to a boil, then add the eggs in. Let it sit in an ice bath for 10 minutes. (I’m a big fan of using an egg cooker because there’s no timing involved) In a large bowl, add soy sauce, water, mirin, agave, Korean pepper powder, sesame oil, minced garlic, green onions and sesame seeds together. Add eggs into the sauce, mix then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
