Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice onion and pepper, shred chicken and crush garlic.
Step 2
Sauté onion, pepper and half the garlic for 3-4 minutes until beginning to soften
Step 3
Add chilli powder and cumin and cook for a further minute
Step 4
Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and half lime juice, stir through chicken and heat through
Step 5
Mash beans with remaining garlic and lime juice
Step 6
Spread beans over each wrap, add filling mix and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 7
Roll up the wraps tightly and add to a baking tray
Step 8
Spray with oil and cook at 180c for 15-20 minutes
