Instructions
Step 1
If baking as one large loaf or multiple loaves, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
If baking in a muffin tin, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic with salt and pepper. Once softened, remove from heat and let cool.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients, including cooled vegetables in a large bowl. Let sit for a few minutes to set.
Step 4
Shape into a loaf or loaves and place in a greased baking dish, or roll into balls and place in greased muffin tin.
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven. For loaf or loaves, cover for first half of cooking time, then remove cover for the last half.
Step 6
One large loaf: bake at 375 for 60 minutes total.
Step 7
Multiple loaves: bake at 375 for 35 minutes total.
Step 8
Muffin tin: bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
