Veggie scraps

2celery stalks

2 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Add all scraps and seasonings to crockpot and fill with water to the top. Cook on low for 16 hours. Let cool before straining and skimming off the fat. Store in the fridge or freeze portions for later.
