Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/356°F.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth or very few lumps remain. Whisk in the egg, yogurt, vanilla extract and stevia until well combined.
Step 3
Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and ground cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
Step 4
Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer batter to a lined loaf tin.
Step 5
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out with very few crumbs. Allow the banana bread to cool for 10 minutes in the loaf tin before removing.
Step 6
Serve warm and enjoy!
