3 cupsrolled oats
extra thick
⅓ cuppure maple syrup

1 tspflavor extract
vanilla bean powder
nuts

unsweetened coconut shreds

maple date syrup
Not a fan of, Try, makes a darker granola — and you might need more to achieve desired sweetness level, or coconut nectar, or brown rice syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 275 degrees
Step 2
2. In a large bowl combine the maple syrup, flavor extract and vanilla bean powder. Add oats and toss until well combined.
Step 3
3. Spread oats on baking sheet & bake about 30 minutes; stir, bake another 10-15 minutes or until done to your liking — less time for chewy granola, more time for crunchy granola.

4. Add optional add-ins, then cool completely before storing in airtight container.
