Instructions

Night before:

Step 1
soak walnuts, refrigerate coconut milk
Step 2
The night before, refrigerate a can of coconut milk and soak walnuts in non-dairy milk. A mason jar is great for soaking nuts overnight.
Step 3
Next day, drain walnuts, discarding liquid, then place all ingredients (including coconut cream) in a food processor or high-powered blender and process/blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Pour into a large bowl or two smaller ones, top with your favorite toppings or serve over steel cut oats and berries.
