Instructions

Step 1
Choose a selection of the following to make a stir fry of you You will need 4 types of vegetable, one type of meat plus the sauce ingredients. VEGETABLES Choose 4-5 from :- 4 spring onions 1 onion 1 leek 1 carrot 1 pepper 4-5 mushrooms 4-5 baby corn 2 celery sticks 10 dwarf beans a few brocolli florets ⚫ half small cauliflower 1 courgette MEAT - one from:- chicken breast lean, boneless pork Turkey breast fillet or Quorn SAUCE 2 teaspoons cornflour 150 ml water 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp tomato puree . METHOD 1. Prepare the meat by chopping into thin slices on a MEAT BOARD. Transfer it to a saucepan and wash the board, knife and work area thoroughly. 2. Prepare the vegetables by first washing then cutting into even sized "sticks". Peppers will need to have core and seeds removed. 3. In a jug, measure water for the sauce and add the other sauce ingredients. Mix well. 4. Add a little oil to the meat in the pan and cook on a high heat for 3-4 minutes stirring all the time. 5. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes. 6. Give the sauce a stir and add to the pan (CARE it may spit at you). Bring to boil stirring until thick. That's it!!
