Shredded beef:
Beef rib joint without bone

1 literbeef stock

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the rib into smaller pieces and season well. Fry in oil. Add to pressure cooker along with the other ingredients, quarter onion and add garlic whole.
Step 2
Cook beef until super soft, around 40min to 1h in the pressure cooker or slow cook for 6-8h

Shred the beef and put onion and garlic in blender. Add beef to the onion mix, stir
Step 4
Make salsa and guacamole
Step 5
Fry tortilla in oil, add cheese then beef, the chopped parsley and then cheese again, them add another tortilla. Flip and fry until golden
Step 6
Cut with pizza cutter, and top with guacamole, sour cream, parsley and salsa.
