4 steps
Prep:20minCook:15min
A stovetop one-pot pasta. You can make this with any pasta you like, but the cook time will change with the pasta type. I have used spaghetti, fettucine, and ravioli.

Instructions
Step 1
These instructions are for spaghetti noodles. You need a 9×9" nonstick pan that is 2-2.5" deep.
Step 2
In a deep 9x9 saucepan, melt 2 T of butter. Add the pepper, oregano, paprika, and turmeric. Remove from heat. Shred the spinach and basil by hand, pluck the leaves from your thyme sprigs, slice your mushrooms and sweet mini peppers, snip your green onions and rosematy needles with a pair of kitchen shears, and mince your garlic. Add it all to the pan and turn the heat to low, coating it in the herb butter.

Step 3
Add the chicken broth to the pan and bring to a boil. Add your uncooked noodles and stir. Cover and cook for 6 minutes, or 8 minutes of you prefer your pasta more cooked.

Step 4
Strain the excess liquid. Add marinara sauce, cream, and mozzarella to the pan and reduce heat to low. Mix until the sauce is well blended and distributed.
