this has a higher smoke point that olive oil

divided

10cloves garlic
minced and divided

1 ½ cupsheavy cream

2green onions
diced green and white parts

1 teaspoonred pepper flakes
less if desired

⅔ cupparmesan grated
shredded, shaved

4 lbsrusset potatoes

1 cuphalf and half
warmed

6 tablespoonssalted butter
melted

¾ cupmonterey jack cheese shredded
or mozzarella, pepper jack, etc

1 tspgarlic powder

¾ tspsalt

½ tsppepper
to taste

2 tablespoonssmoked paprika
regular paprika works too

1 tablespooncayenne pepper

1 tablespoononion powder

2 teaspoongarlic powder

1 teaspoonground black pepper

1 teaspoonsalt

½ teaspoondried thyme

½ teaspoondried oregano
