Instructions

Step 1
Cook beef. Can add onions and peppers while cooking if you want.
Step 2
Put the rest of ingredients in Crock-Pot and cook on low for a few hours.

To make vegetarian: instead of beef, add a can or two more of beans (white beans or more red kidney)
