Instructions

Step 1
Place diced chicken into a bow and add onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and 35 ml of soy sauce. Mix together and set aside.
Step 2
Add mixed veggies to a skillet on high heat. Push the veggies to the side and add the eggs. Let the eggs cook through then scramble and mix with the veggies.
Step 3
Add in the minced onion, white rice, 35 ml soy sauce and mix. Take the skillet off the heat.
Step 4
Add in the sesame oil and mix.
Step 5
Make the sauce by mixing together honey, 50 ml soy sauce, garlic, tomato sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
Step 6
Cook the chicken then add the sauce followed by the cornstarch/water mixture. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add the chicken on top of the fried rice.
