Instructions
Step 1
Mix ingredients together, make sure water is cold. Add more salt if desired and up to 1/2 cup water as needed to get a firm but fully formed ball of dough that is slightly sticky. Press dough out then cut into 1” strips, then into 1” pieces or smaller if desired. Drop into boiling or simmering soup and let cook a few minutes stirring occasionally to flip, until dumplings are cooked through.
